Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has issued a tender notice seeking legal adviser for a network of national roads, light railway and metro railway infrastructure. By framework agreement, the adviser will provide all corporate legal services required by TII. The services includes advice on all legal aspects of PPP Projects, PPP support services, procurement advisory services, contract administration advisory services primarily relating to construction contracts, litigation services, general advisory services including planning law, environmental law, employment law, commercial law, data protection, health and safety and intellectual property law, legal advises on all aspects of future Luas lines or line extensions to be constructed by TII.

The contract value is EUR 20 million (US$ 22.04 million). The deadline to submit the application is December 9, 2019.
