The State of Hesse has launched a tender for the development of the proposed Hessiches Landeslabor (LHL) laboratories project in Kassel, Germany.
The project involves the construction of laboratories across two land plots (4,740 m2 and 5,645 m2) in Kassel. The facilities will be used for a wide range of disciplines, such as animal health, food testing, agriculture, environment, water, pollution control and radiation protection. It is estimated that around 151 laboratory workstations, 109 office workplaces, and 87 evaluation workstations, 116 car parking spaces (service vehicles, measuring vehicles, other cars) and at least 40 bicycle parking spaces are to be created in two construction phases.
