The National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) of Ireland has launched a tender for the Irish social housing public-private partnership (PPP) Bundle 3 project.
The selected partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of social housing developments in Ireland, located in the counties of Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Sligo. The EUR150 million (US$159 million) project is the third project bundle of the Social Housing PPP Programme. The contract is valid for 324 months (27 years and 2 months), the contract is not renewable.
