The West Sussex County Council in the UK has launched a tender notice seeking private partner to invest in and deliver development, construction, sale of homes, and commercial buildings to final occupation on the 7.5 ha former Novartis Pharmaceuticals site in Horsham. The project will deliver up to 300 new homes for the community, in a range of sizes, types and tenures, including provision of affordable housing.
The proposed structure of the transaction is a contractual joint venture, allowing the partner to deliver the initial phase of residential development immediately and drawdown commercial phases either speculatively or when suitable occupiers are secured.
The deadline to submit the response is August 04, 2020. You can find more information about this tender notice on our business opportunity page here.
