Tender launched for housing complex PPP in Ghent

Stadsontwikkeling Gent in Belgium has launched a tender notice seeking a private partner with the aim of providing a long lease for the realization of a housing project with budget rental apartments on the site of the Oude Dokken. The housing complex will have multi-family and single-family houses. The private partner will be responsible for the design, financing and realization of the private development.
