The Ministry of Health (MoH) of Saudi Arabia in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a private partner for the Clinical and non-Clinical operations and maintenance of the SABIC Behavioral Care Specialist Hospital located in Al-Nargis district of North Riyadh. The hospital is under the catchment area of the Second Health Cluster (R2) program.

The private partner will be responsible for the operation (clinical and non-clinical operation) and maintenance of the hospital as well as providing some of the medical and non-medical equipment. The hospital is being built on an area of 62,500 square meters, with a capacity of 150 beds, including 5 inpatient treatment rooms, 19 outpatient clinics, and 6 daycare treatment rooms.
