The District Office of Dachau (Landratsamt Dachau) has launched a tender process to select the interested developer for the high school PPP project in Germany.
Located in the municipality of Röhrmoos, the project involves the development of a 4-class (grades 5 to 7) and 3-class (higher grades) high school for 900 students and around 65 teachers. It has a construction volume of around 12,600 m² gross floor area or 7,800 m² usable area, from which 18,500 m² is for the school grounds and the parking areas.
The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the high school. The overall period of the contract is 27 years, including 25 years of operation and maintenance.
