Federazione dei Comuni del Camposampierese in Italy has launched a tender notice seeking a private partner to provide redevelopment and renovation works for the governmental buildings located in the province of Padua. The concession involves energy efficiency interventions at 17 buildings owned by Aater di Padua.

The private partner will provide engineering services, implement the interventions included in the feasibility report as well as the operation and maintenance of the buildings for a period of 7 years. The estimated investment value of the project is EUR34.59 million (US$38.38 million).
