FNM Group has launched a tender seeking developers for the Gemonio-Cittiglio Milan-Varese-Laveno line public-private partnership (PPP) project in Italy.
The project involves the designing and construction of the Gemonio-Cittiglio Milan-Varese-Laveno line. The criterion for project award is the most cost-effective proposal (technical proposal 70%, economic proposal 30%).
