The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member company of the GROWTH FUND, has issued a tender for the exploitation of the Olympic Equestrian Center of Markopoulo, Attica, Greece.
HRADF intends to develop a property having an area of 589.4 acres and includes closed and open sports facilities for the service of equestrian sports. It is situated inside the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Markopoulo, in the neighborhood of Merenta, 43 km from the heart of Athens and 13 km from the Athens International Airport.
