Agency for Infrastructure in Education (AGION) in Belgium has issued tender notice inviting private developers for the Egied Van Broeckhoven school project in the municipality of Sint-Jans-Molenbeek in Brussels. The project mode of procurement will be design, construction, financing and maintenance. The maintenance period for the project is 30 years.
Estimated project investment is EUR 24.5 million (US$ 27.46 million). Deadline to submit the responses is October 07, 2019.
