Ghent City Development in Belgium has launched tender for the development of education campus and collective student accommodation for Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent city. Ghent is a port city in northwest Belgium.
The purpose of the tender notice is to select a private partner to ultimately reach a contractual public-private partnership (PPP) between Sogent and Arteveldehogeschool, with the objective of the realization of a mixed urban project on the site of the Dok Zuid project.
The private partner will be responsible for: the design, financing, realization, and issuance of private development under the public burden of performing public environmental works at the (future) public domain; the design and realization of the campus and neighborhood-oriented functions for Arteveldehogeschool.
The deadline to submit the response to the tender notice is October 25, 2019.
