The University of Crete in Greece has launched tender notice for the development of student housing. The project includes design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of student halls of the University of Crete. The University of Crete is located at the cities of Rethymnon and Heraklion in Greek island Crete. The scope of works involves modernization of existing infrastructure and the construction of new building complexes in the two campuses of Rethymnon and Heraklion.
The concession period for the project is 30 years.
The deadline to submit the response to the tender notice is January 21, 2020.
