APP CHR Sambre & Meuse in Belgium has launched tender notice seeking private developers for the Soulier car park project in Namur. Namur is the capital city of the Wallonia region of Belgium. The procurement will be done on design, construction, financing, management and operation mode.
The concessionaire will be chosen on criteria such as Number of parking spaces; Royalty; Quality of service and equipment; Solution during the works; and Artistic and Architectural Integration.
The concession period for the project is 30 years. The deadline to submit the response to the tender notice is January 30, 2020.
