Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa in Spain has launched tender seeking private developers for the social service center development project in Arbes de Irun. The project includes drafting of the project, facultative direction, construction, equipment and operation of a center of social services in the neighborhood of Arbes de Irun. Irun is a town in the Spanish province of Gipuzkoa. The social services center will be composed of residential service and day center service for elderly people in situations of dependency; service of sheltered apartments for the elderly and residential service and day center service for people with disabilities in situations of dependency.

The center will be composed of the following places: between 110 and 130 residential places for elderly people in situations of dependency, of which between 12 and 15 will form a psychogeriatric unit; 30 daycare centers for the elderly in situations of dependency; between 50 and 60 places of supervised apartments; between 22 and 26 residential places for people with disabilities and 25 places of day center for people with disabilities as well as a space for needs to be defined in the future.
