Agency for Infrastructure in Education (AGION) in Belgium has launched tender for the development of 3 school building in Ghent - Steenakker, Ghent - Fabiolalaan and Ninove - De Lettertuin. Ghent and Ninove are cities located in northeastern Belgium. This project includes works of design, build, financing and maintenance of the school buildings.
The maintenance period for the project is 30 years.
Deadline to submit the responses to tender is Septemeber 09, 2019. Estimated project investment is EUR 25.2 million (US$ 28.05 million).
