Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland has issued tender notice inviting private developers for the development of Primary care center on HSE land in Ballyboden, South Dublin, Ireland.
The selected private partner will purchase the land from HSE, develop the primary care center and lease it back to HSE. Term of the lease will be 25 to 40 years. HSE includes the option to buy the primary care centre instead of leasing in the concession. The estimated cost of works is EUR 40 million (US$ 45.55 million).
The deadline to submit the response to the tender notice is August 02, 2019.
