City of Neustadt am Rübenberge in Germany has launched tender for the development of new town hall building in Neustadt am Rübenberge. The project includes planning, construction, finance and maintenance of new Town Hall building at proposed location Marktstraße-Süd. It will have cultural special areas such as reception room, info counter, tourist information, changing room, shower, drying room for bicycle clothing, parent-child office, cafeteria, company doctor, underground car park visitor/company car, bicycle garage; administrative areas such as management offices, individual offices, double offices, threes, desk-sharing offices, multi-rooms, meeting rooms, tea kitchens, waiting areas, meeting points, archives, warehouse, server room, vault room; retail trade areas with sale, personal rooms, sanitary facilities, storage rooms, etc.

The concession period for the project is 30 years.

The deadline to submit a response to the notice is July 31, 2019.
