Tender Launched for development of National Ski Center in Greece

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced the launch of the tender for the development of the National Ski Center in Vassilitsa, Greece.

The property, covering approximately 6,200,000 sq m, is situated in the "Vassilitsa" and "Baldouma" mountains within the National Park of northern Pindos, in the Regional Units of Grevena and Ioannina. The National Ski Center in Vassilitsa features seven lifts servicing eighteen ski slopes, including two for beginners. It is easily accessible from Thessaloniki and Ioannina via the Egnatia Odos Motorway, attracting visitors from across Northern Greece and Southeastern Europe. The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) is conducting the tender on behalf of the Greek State, aiming to establish the National Ski Center in Vassilitsa as a year-round mountain tourism hub, thereby boosting regional development.
