Municipality of Peschiera del Garda in Italy has launched tender notice seeking a private developer for the redevelopment of the area of ​​the former Franco Gandini nursing home and construction of the new multifunctional civic center in the Municipality of Peschiera del Garda.

The concession period for the project is 20 years. The deadline to submit a response to the notice is January 28, 2020.
