Tender launched for development of Multi-purpose civic center in Peschiera del Garda, Verone

Municipality of Peschiera del Garda in Italy has launched tender notice for the civic center project in Peschiera del Garda, Verone, Italy. The project includes redevelopment of the former Casa di Riposo Franco Gandini area and construction of the new multi-purpose civic center in Peschiera del Garda. Peschiera del Garda is a resort town at the southern tip of Italy’s Lake Garda.

The concession period for the project is 20 years. The deadline to submit the response to the tender notice is October 16, 2019.
