The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced the launch of an international tender, through the Competitive Dialogue procedure, for the development of a Logistics Park, with a total area of approximately 412,000 square meters, located in the area “Spilies”, in the Municipality of Fyli, Greece.
The Logistics Park will be financed, designed, developed, built, operated, maintained, and run for at least 35 years by the selected investor, who will also enter into a concession agreement with the Municipality of Fyli. There will be two stages to the tendering process.
The modern, environmentally friendly national transport center and Logistics Park located in Fyli will efficiently cater to the country's logistics industry's demands while fostering Western Attica's expansion. The land uses of the property include the special use of tourist accommodation - hotels, for the proper operation of the Logistics Park.
