Aquanet, a water utility company operating in Poznán, west-central Poland, has launched a tender for the development of a historic building in the city through a public-private partnership (PPP).
Formerly known as Filtrów Station, the building is to be transformed into a multi-purpose facility in which architecture, design and applied arts accompany cultural events as well as business and social meetings.
The selected private partner will design, financing, construct, maintain and manage the building under a 25-year contract. The estimated total value of the project is PLN129 million (US$34 million).
