City of Issoire in France has issued a tender notice for the design, construction, financing, and operation of a public heat distribution service in the Issoire municipality. Issoire municipality is located in the central region of France.
Authority requires heat network with central heat production via an industrial heat exchanger (~ 6 Mw) one or more wood boilers (2-3 Mw) in addition and one or more booster gas backup boilers. The total power of the central production should not exceed 20 MW. The total length of the network is 10,600 m.
Total investment value for the project is EUR 46 million (US$ 51.72 million). The length of the concession will be 27 years.
The deadline to submit the response is June 20, 2019.
