Agentschap voor Infrastructuur in het Onderwijs (AGION) in Belgium launched tender seeking private developers to develop four school buildings in localities of Flanders. The project includes design, built, finance and maintenance of four school building project in municipalities of Zwijnaarde, Tessenderlo, Turnhout and Zelzate.

The concession period of the project is 30 years.
AGION will act as contracting authority for the project and procurement procedure. The deadline to submit the response is July 9, 2019.
