Tender launched for development of fiber optic network project in Haute-Saône

Contracting Authority "Syndicat mixte Haute-Saône Numérique" in France has launched a tender seeking private developers for ultra-high-speed fiber optic electronic communications networks in the territory of Haute-Saône. Haute-Saône is a region located in eastern France. 

The project will be awarded on design, finance, establishment, and operation basis. The concession duration for the project is 25 years. The deadline to submit the response is February 24, 2020.
