PROINVERSIÓN in Peru has launched a tender notice seeking companies or consortia to design, finance, authorization, promotion, management, operation, and maintain an Industrial park (PIA) located near Ancon in Lima province. The scope of works involves the development of infrastructure for industrial and commercial use, implement a truck center, and the business and technology park occupying an area of 1,338 hectares.
PIA project is part of the multisectoral initiative called Ciudad Bicentenario, which envisions 8,000 Ha of strategic land for the development of industrial and logistics infrastructure projects, housing, hospital infrastructure, and forestry, among others.
