The Government of Bolivia, through the National Electricity Company (ENDE), has launched a tender for the development of two onshore wind farms in Bolivia.
The wind farms are the 21 MW Warnes II located in the department of Santa Cruz and the 24 MW La Ventolera Wind Farm in the Uriondo municipality, the department of Tarija. French Development Agency (AFD) will be funding the wind projects.
