The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has invited applications for prequalification (RFQs) from applicants interested in the construction, operation and maintenance of Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) from Sewri to Nhava in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Maharashtra State, India through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis (DBFOT).

• Length of the project: 22 Km
• Investment: INR 8,800 Cr. (US$ 1,760)
