Project Requirements:
Conduct robust grassroots community engagement to co-create the Vision and Regeneration Plan, ensuring it reflects local priorities.
Develop a detailed Investment Plan for the first four years, informed by community input.
Engage young people actively, recognizing their role in shaping the town's future.
