Tender issued seeking technical consultancy for police headquarters in Mühlheim and Kassel
Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen in Germany has launched tender notice seeking technical construction consultancy for the PPP project of energy-efficient renovation of two properties of the III Hessian Riot Police Headquarters (HBPP) in Mühlheim and IV Riot Police Department in Kassel.
The assignment involves comprehensive structural and technical consulting services. The service to be provided includes the following: services for the framework of contract controlling during the construction phase, checking compliance with the contractually agreed qualities and quantities, taking into account the implementation of the business to conclude a contract with the private partner.
The PPP project itself will involve planning, construction and financing of the renovation measures, as well as the operation of both properties.
The deadline to submit the response to the consultancy tender notice is February 14, 2020.
