Tender issued seeking student housing developer for Sart Tilman campus of University of Liège

The University of Liège in Belgium has issued a tender notice seeking private developers for the student housing project at Sart Tilman campus. The project includes design, finance, construction, renovation, maintenance and management of student accommodation in the northern area of the Sart Tilman campus of the University of Liège. The project aims to provide quality, sustainable accommodation at affordable prices to its students, but also to visiting researchers and professors, in one attractive environment.

The scope of works includes the renovation of existing homes for students and Residence 48; construction of 350 to 400 new housing units for students and researchers and all the surroundings spaces such as green areas, paths, roads.

The concession period for the project is 60 years. The deadline to submit the tender notice is June 23, 2020. You can find more information about this tender notice on our business opportunity page here.
