The utility company Vinnytsia Airport has announced a tender for reconstructing Vinnytsia International Airport Passenger Terminal in Ukraine.
The expected cost of the tender is UAH998.11 million (US$26.9 million). The Center for Transport Strategies of Ukraine announced that the airfield in Vinnytsia would be reconstructed for UAH2.2 billion (US$59.3 million). The airfield's modernization includes increased passenger traffic, diversification of flight directions and the creation of a logistics hub. UAH 1.01 billion (US$27.2 million) will be invested in the first stage of construction and UAH 1.19 billion (US$32.1 million) in the second. The project provides for a complete redevelopment of the premises, the addition of a third floor, a separate entrance for VIPs, two gates for sending passengers and the reconstruction of a bomb shelter.
The last date to submit tender proposals is July 8, 2019.
