Houston Airport System has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) seeking a private partner for the renovation and upgrade of the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Texas, USA.
The selected partner will be responsible to replace various CUP assets that were identified as having reached and/or reaching the end of their service life along with structural repairs to the building envelope and roof. The project will be developed in two phases. The contract time for Phase 1A and Phase 1B is 2 years.
