Ktiriakes Ypodomes in Greece has launched a tender seeking a private partner to develop 17 school units of primary, secondary education (general, vocational, and artistic education), and special education in nine Municipalities of the Region of Central Macedonia.
The project will be procured in design, construction, financing, maintenance, and operation (DBFOM) mode with a concession period of 27 years.
The deadline to submit the tender is May 11, 2021.
