Tender issued for Renovation of Extended Migration Health Centres in İstanbul and İzmir

Turkey's Ministry of Health has issued a tender for the Construction, Rehabilitation and Renovation of Extended Migration Health Centres in İstanbul and İzmir.

The work scope is divided into 2 Lots. Lot 1 focuses on Extended Migration Health Centres in Istanbul, involving new construction works for centers like Sultangazi Gazi, Bağcılar İnönü, Pendik Yeşilbağlar, Küçükçekmece Halkalı, and Esenyurt Kıraç. It also includes rehabilitation and renovation works for existing centers such as Arnavutköy No:1, Maltepe, Bahçelievler No 1, Büyükçekmece, Esenler No 1, Esenyurt, Güngören No1, Sultangazi No1, Üsküdar No1, Başakşehir, Ümraniye No2, Bağcılar, Gazi Osman Paşa Hospital PTR, and Sancaktepe Education and Research Hospital PTR. Lot 2 centers on Extended Migration Health Centres in Izmir, encompassing new construction works for Bornova Erzene and Karabağlar Ali Fuat Cebesoy. It also includes rehabilitation and renovation works for Çiğli Education and Research Hospital PTR.

The Ministry of Health (MoH) has been awarded a grant of EUR 79,319,500 (USD 87,639,322) for the SHIFA Project, funded by the European Union. As part of the project, MoH plans to allocate a portion of the grant proceeds to eligible payments under the contract, following the Grant Agreement between The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) and Turkey.
