The Oxford City Council has issued a tender seeking a private partner for the redevelopment/repurposing of a site in George Street, Oxford, UK.
The selected partner will be responsible for the redevelopment and operation of the site for a period of 29 years starting from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2052. The value of the contract is GBP50 million (US$57.68 million).
