The City of Williamsburg in Virginia, USA has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) seeking legal consultants for its recreational facility concession in the USA. The large-scale recreational facility will be capable of attracting and hosting a broad array of athletic events and competitions, sufficient in scope to draw participants and spectators from a large geographic area.

The legal consultant is expected to fulfill the following tasks :

• Attend monthly meetings;
• Provide ongoing legal advice;
• Assist in negotiations with various entities such as local. state and federal governmental entities, various educational institutions, nonprofit organizations and private businesses;
• Provide legal assistance in all phases of property acquisition, leasing, construction, and development.
