The government of Côte d'Ivoire has launched a request for proposal (RFP) notice seeking transaction advisory services for a Logistics Center for Truck Parking located in Abidjan. The project is being procured under build, finance, operate and maintain model of Public-private partnership (PPP).
The Ivorian Government and the United States of America through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) signed on November 7, 2017, in Washington DC, the Grant Agreement for the Compact Côte d'Ivoire Program in the amount of US$524.74 million for the financing of two projects: The Abidjan Transport (ATP) Project and the Skills for Employability and Productivity Project (Skills Project). The RFP is issued for the Abidjan Transport (ATP) Project.
The transaction advisor will conduct an economic feasibility study and provide technical assistance to the contracting authority in the structuring and implementation of the PPP. The contract duration for consultancy is 23 months. The consultant will be selected on the basis of the Quality and Cost Based Selection (SBQC) method.
