Miami-Dade County has issued a Request for Information seeking responses from developers to deliver the MetroCenter Redevelopment project in the urban core of the City of Miami, Florida, USA.
The project involves the planning, development, financing and marketing of a MetroCenter in approximately 16.6 ac of land within downtown Miami also including the development of housing, transportation, cultural amenities and open spaces, supported by a mix of uses such as commercial, hospitality, and retail tenants that contribute to the economic base.
