Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) has launched a tender for the rehabilitation of Kibuye-Gisovu-Uwisumo Road (Lot 1: 14.5 km) in Karongi, Rwanda.
The scope of work includes the upgradation and multi year maintenance of Lot 1: 14.5 km. The project will be developed under the Design, Build and Maintain model of public-private partnership (PPP).
