Person County Administration has launched a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for the design, construction, finance, and maintenance of a new building for the Social Services and Health Department in North Carolina, USA.

The Project is anticipated to consolidate, modernize, and replace this existing building with an efficient and flexible design that will support the County’s long-term needs. The Project is expected to adhere to the following design criteria, subject to refinement and modification as necessary:

• A building area of approximately 50,000-65,000 rentable sq ft;
• A combination of office, medical clinic, and other community support areas;
• Capacity for expansion of up to 120,000 rentable sq ft in the future if the County chooses to consolidate additional operations; and
• A parking mix of open and secured spaces with a minimum of 4.50 spaces per 1,000 rentable sq ft.
