Assam Power Distribution Company (APDSL) has invited interested bidders to develop solar projects in Assam, India.
The selected developer will be responsible for developing a 100 MW floating solar and 50 MW of ground-mount PV projects. The floating project will be dveloped on different water bodies. The generated energy will be supplied to Assam Power Distribution for a period of 25 years. Bidders can apply for a minimum capacity of 5 MW and a maximum of 100 MW. The ceiling tariff is INR4.76 (US$0.058)/kWh. Bidders must pay INR29,500 (US$363) for bidding documents, an INR1.16 million (US$14,285) deposit and an INR2.9 million (US$35,714) performance security.
