The City of Daytona Beach has issued a tender seeking a private partner for the development of a Fire Station and Administration building in Florida, USA.

The project involves the development of a Fire Station and Administration building on a city-owned site located at 430 South Ridgewood Avenue Daytona Beach, Florida. It also includes the construction of a training tower attached to the fire station and related site improvements for the City’s Project.
