The Surrey County Council has issued a tender seeking a supplier for its extra care housing project in Surrey, England, UK.

The project involves the development of 309 extra care housing units at five sites in Pinehurst, Brockhurst, Lakeside, Salisbury Road and Bentley. The project is being procured under the design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) model and has a concession duration of 25 years starting from May 31, 2023.
