The Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates has launched a tender seeking developers for an education public-private partnership (PPP) project in Sharjah. 

The project involves the construction of laboratories and a dining hall building in Al-Rafaa School - the second and third cycle for boys, in plot No. 0341, Al-Rafaa area in the Emirate of Umm Al-Quwain. The scope of work includes:

• The laboratory building (a reception, in addition to six laboratories, a teachers’ office, bathrooms for students and teachers, a storeroom, an electrical room and a communications room);
• The dining hall building (dining hall room, a kitchen, a prayer room, a clinic, an isolation room, bathrooms for students, a workers’ rest room, a store, an electrical room and a communication room);
• A room for pumps and a water tank with a wall;
• Waste water tank;
• External business.
