The Ktiriakes Ypodomes S.A, the public building infrastructures authority of Greece, has issued a tender seeking a private developer to deliver Service Housing Buildings in Athens, Greece.
The public-private partnership (PPP) project involves the study, construction, financing and technical management of five Service Housing Buildings for Police Departments. The estimated value of the contract is EUR56.8 million (US$54.71 million) and the duration of the contract, the framework agreement is 30 years.
