Tender issued for Civic Center PPP project in USA

The city of Garden Grove in California, USA has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a technical consultant for the municipal government PPP project.

The consultant should have specific and demonstrable experience in the Public-Private Partnership arena for municipal government buildings (including public safety facilities) and related private development. The selected consultant will provide project feasibility and management services. 

The project is situated within the Civic Center campus and will be developed under the design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM) PPP model.
