The contract will be awarded for one lot only. The development consultancy consortium is anticipated to formulate proposals for the Civic Quarter, encompassing options appraisals and viability assessments, project funding, investment structure, income, expenditure, and capital considerations. Additionally, the consortium is expected to provide design proposals up to RIBA 2 standards and devise strategies to optimize commercial usage, including offices and civic functions for the Guildhall, a music venue for the Corn Exchange, and the Market. The evaluation and options appraisal will also entail a review of long-term operating costs.
