ARISE IIP in Togo has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for the development of a 390 MW solar PV plant with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in Togo. The BESS system will have a capacity of 200 MW and a 161 KvA substation to provide a connection with the grid.

The authority is looking for firms to award the project under following options:

• Option 1: an EPC contract along with Operation & Maintenance for 5 Years
• Option 2: To form a Joint Venture between interested & eligible company and Arise IIP to supply power under 20 years PPA

The project will be financed by Arise IIP & JV partner. The information notice is intended for companies which have a relevant experience in the construction /development of large-scale solar power plant and power storage systems.
